Anna Blumenfeld and Nadav Herman

A Southern Jewish Princess marries her Prince

Anna is the oldest daughter of one of my dearest old friends. Her mother had looked forward to this event for years. She died unexpectedly just months before the wedding. Fortunately, her friends and I gave a big shower a couple of weeks before her death so she was able to share in at least some of the festivities.

Anna and Nadav chose to be wed at the place they met, Camp Jacob in Uttica, Mississippi.

Nadav, an Israeli, answered an ad for a security guard in a Jewish camp in the US. Ann is the Assistant Director of Business Operations at URJ Camps. Anna's friends at Camp Jacob plotted to get the two together and the rest is history.

The wedding planner for this distance wedding carried out Anna's wishes for a formal/informal wedding that just matched their personalities.

Jack Blumenfeld, the proud father of the bride, proved to be the consumate host. He made all the guests feel welcome and remembered Barbara with great love. He threw a GREAT wedding!

Beautiful arrangements graced every table labeled for guests with wire numbers. We matched our names and table numbers tacked to board.
